What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 15 days of receipt.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping. Email us at [email protected] with your order # and we will email you the address to ship your return to.
We do not refund your original shipping costs, only the product cost.
We will email you once your return is received and processed.
What should I do if an item arrives broken?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 5 days of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide your order number and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item along with its packaging. We’ll respond within 24 hours.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 1-2 days. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.
